Fairplay, CO Rocky Mountain Elopement: Simone & Travis
Some love stories don’t go exactly as planned, but turn out even more magical!
Simone and Travis had set their wedding date to match their anniversary, but when Covid postponed their big celebration, they decided to keep the original date and elope in the mountains of Fairplay, Colorado. With their two dogs and their families by their side, they embraced the adventure, rain and all!
Their dogs, who were just as excited as the couple, stole the show with their wagging tails and adorable energy. One of my favorite details was their moss-covered ring box, perfectly fitting the woodland forest vibe. And let’s talk about the macramé hanging in the trees, such a dreamy, boho touch!
Just when we thought the rain would stick around forever, the clouds parted, and the sky turned blue!
Simone and Travis’s elopement was a reminder that the best wedding days aren’t about perfect weather or grand venues. They’re about love, adventure, and the people (and pups) who make it unforgettable.
